THE 5RHYTHMS IS: A dance. A path to higher vibration. A spiritual practice for some. A workout for others. You are the choreographer. Your body sets the limits. And maybe, the chattery mind quiets and finds peace. There is no right or wrong way and no steps to follow. No experience is needed.
The 5 rhythms or "energies" we move with are: flowing, staccato, chaos, lyrical and stillness. Through this practice we explore the energy of these rhythms on the dance floor and off.
