All Coastal Arts Festival vendor artists who enter the contest for the 'Golden Flip Flop' Award,  must mail the item by this date. Item must be postmarked with the date of September 15th or before. If item is received late, it will not be eligible for the competition but we will be happy to display your item as a "preview" item.
